Taxes, Fees, & Product
All sessions will have state and parish sales tax added {8.5%}.
Once your session is booked, you will have one week to pay the 50% retainer {mini sessions must be paid in full} and send in forms or your session day/time may be given to someone else.
Sessions must be paid in full within the week before your session day.
You can mail a check or stop by the studio to pay cash or check. {$35.00 NSF charge}
There will be a $35-$50 travel fee for any session outside of Tangipahoa Parish. Travel fees are subject to change.
All sessions include a custom, personalized experience with Jennifer Colona as well as shooting time, select location{s}, wardrobe change{s}, and digital images.
Images from your session will be posted in an online, private gallery within 2 weeks after your session day where you can easily download, share, and print all of your fully edited, high-resolution digital images.
You may purchase a CD/USB for a $75 fee.
Cancelation, Rescheduling, & Refund
Please allow at least 48 hours in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the retainer fee. Please note that with photo editing software, I can erase bumps and minor cuts if necessary. Please don’t reschedule for minor skin injuries. If you must cancel, you can reschedule your session within 6 months, after that the retainer fee will be forfeited.
If it is a mandatory government shutdown, {such as covid19}, we will then determine when it is safe to open & reschedule. After it is safe, then you will have within 6 months to complete your session {hopefully that does not happen again}.
If JColona Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return any retainer and/or session fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply if photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. If JColona Photography fails to perform for any other reason, then JColona Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s session/order.
Photography
No other photographer {amateur/professional} shall be allowed to photograph at your session while the contract photographer is creating images that you are investing in. If a camera is present, I will have to request that it be put away and this is a very awkward moment which I would love to avoid. Thanks for understanding.
